Freezer Cabinet Operations Representative
Background & Purpose of the Job
Unileveris seeking a customer-focused Freezer Cabinet Operations Representative to joinour Out-of-Home ("OOH") operations at our Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey locationto support and manage inbound customer service support to the Out-of-Home IceCream Sales Division and freezer cabinet management market for DSDnetwork. In this role, you will provideproblem solving resolution for customer, distributor and OOH field personnelpertaining to cabinets, product deliveries and field service issues.
Who You Are & What You'll Do
- Support 6 regional businessmanagers directly and OOH Key Account and National Account managers indirectly
- Manage regional cabinet inventoryincluding; orders, moves, pickups, deliveries and spare parts and servicerepairs
- Process new OOH business leads thatoriginate through the call center; enter new customer information into FreezerManagement System (FMS) system
- Execute monthly distributor cabinetinventory reconciliation activities
- Document all call information perstandard operating procedures
- Complete call and shipping logs andproduce call reports on a daily basis

WhatYou'll Need to Succeed
At a minimum, an Associate's degree is required although a college degreeis highly preferred. Proficiency in andMS Word, Excel and Outlook with good data entry and typing skills are needed. Knowledgeand relevant work experience in a customer service environment is required. Callcenter telephony and technology, and the ability to speak Spanish is desired.
