Customer Development Sales Analyst

Background & Purpose of the Job

CD Operations is responsible for a smooth and cost effective operation between the company, customers, and specific third parties. The key challenge of the role is to develop consistency and coherence in the day-today operation of the CD organization, thus enabling account, field and customer marketing teams to focus on core selling roles.

Who You Are & What You'll Do

This role Is the heart of the CD Team. The team depends on reliable data/information that will guide them to have the correct conversation with our business partners. You will be responsible to analyze, communicate and lead the presentation to inform the direct team as well as the indirect team (Brand, Customer Marketing). The main responsibilities are: 1) Give visibility of the sales to the internal Unilever Customer (CD Team. 2) Analyze the information and give recommendations and guidance on where are the opportunities and how we can deal with them. 3) Needs to gain trust from the team specially on the information and communication of the data that is shared with them, needs to be reliable, deliver when and what you say you are going to deliver.

What You'll Need To Succeed

Strong analytical skill

Proficiency with Excel & Power Point (intermediate level and above)

Organize and planning skills

Result oriented

Team commitment

Bilingual English and Spanish is a must

Retail link experience highly desirable
