JOB TITLE: Customer Care Intern- HF/客户服务实习生-合肥

JOB LOCATION: HF

DEPARTMENT: Supply Chain

RELOCATION TERMS: No

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operation of daily Customer orders;
  • Monitor service KPIs, analyze losses to identify issues and coordinate with counterparts to solve;
  • Handle queries or complaints from Customer, internal Depts.;
  • Prepare reports & materials for regular review with Customer and internal Depts.;
  • AR management: Customer payment offset and AR reports and meeting preparation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above and with internship experience is preferable;
  • Be Stable, attentive, and responsible, able to work under pressure and with team work spirit;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good Microsoft office skills (Excel & PPT) ;
  • Good speaking & written English
  • 4~5 working days per week and 6 months internship
