Associate Supply Chain Customer Strategy Manager - EC HUB (Multiple Positions)

Background and Purpose of the Job:
As an Associate Customer Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for leading, building and leveraging digital solutions for Unilever. You will have end to end responsibility - managing an agile product process and using the product to manage a business. The ideal candidate is curious, obsessed with serving the customer and constantly looking for opportunities. You will unlock human potential by automating routine data tasks and gleaning insight from data.
This role will give you the opportunity to become a transformative leader that can bridge the gap between ideas and execution. You will lead, build and inspire the next generation of digital solutions and strategic value.
Who You are and What You'll Do:
You're a strategy guru: You can conduct thorough analysis of a customers' supply chain and/or initiatives using process mapping and other techniques. After completing analysis, you should be able to strategize and recommend actions required to implement improvements internally and externally.
You're a dot connector: You can see the "big picture" in analyzing and/or solving complex and sometimes focused issues so that modifications could allow Unilever to leverage initiatives with other customers.
You're a changemaker: You have mastered working with white space and can identify new techniques and data to gain new customer or channel insights. Overcoming the reluctance of the customer in sharing pertinent data for improvements
You're a paradox navigator: Evaluating trade-off between time, cost and service to satisfy both Unilever and its customers. You should be an expert of your Customer and navigate continual change via customer initiatives that could counterbalance Unilever SC directives.
You have a strong technical acumen: Use report automation and role automation techniques to unlock human potential and drive improved execution for Unilever. Build, implement and manage Alteryx workflows.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Past experiences within CPG or at a Retailer
- BS degree or MS in computer science, supply chain, operations research, business management, business analytics or
- R Programming, Python, SQL or any other technical programming language a big plus.
- Experience with Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SAS or any other ETL/data visualization process is required.
- Experience working in agile processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- 3+ years of digital experience: data ETL, statistical modelling, consulting or report automation.
- 3+ years of relevant supply chain experience: operations, S&OP, modelling, planning, replenishment, etc.
