Strategic Accounts Associate

Primary Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)

  • Develop deep insight into respective customers and their business
  • Responsible for uploading and analyzing customer data
  • Serve as an advocate for Ultimate in driving industry best practices and the evolution of Ultimate’s product and platform functionality integral to the client’s success
  • Advise executives on industry trends and important market developments to help Ultimate outpace competitive threats
  • Act as an advisor to the Strategic Accounts Manager on market trends
  • Proactively engage with all assigned customers and establish relationships with all key customer contacts
  • Establish partnerships with all Service and Support members including
  • Capture data with every customer interaction, to assist in improving customer service quality, organizational process and product trends for development.

Education/Certification/License: BA/BS degree preferred
