Ultimate Software is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our San Francisco office. In this role will manage and contribute to our Performance Development offering. You will be responsible for working with our data science, engineering, and design teams in execution of delivery for our entire performance management product.
We are looking for a candidate with significant experience developing comprehensive product strategies as well as in building and managing a product roadmap.
Our ideal candidate is just as comfortable interacting with customers as they are designers and engineers. They have experience building and maintaining a roadmap with multiple streams of work as well as running priority negotiations across new feature delivery, enhancement and support needs. This role partners closely with other product managers, engineering and design and reports to Director of Product.

Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain visible product roadmap
- Delivery prioritization
- Requirement analysis
- Some customer escalation interaction
- Manage cross-team deliverables and dependencies
- Some analysis
- 3+ years Product Manager/ Senior Product Manager experience
- Ownership of a product roadmap
- Experience working in an Agile delivery model
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or equivalent work experience
- Experience working on a Performance Management t product
- No unique physical demands are required for this job.
- 10 % travel may be expected
