Inside Sales Associate

Ultimate Software is recruiting for an Inside Sales Associate. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment in South Florida on a high-performance team. The Inside Sales Associate position is focused on creating business relationships in accounts in an assigned territory. You will call and email on accounts to uncover sales opportunities for potential HCM vendor changes. Work in conjunction with all your assigned outside sales partners to solicit leads within their territories. Your goal is to identify high potential prospects and ensure they are well qualified leads, meeting key guidelines for a quality lead. You must achieve annual assigned individual and team goals and support your outside sales team productivity and performance, ensuring they achieve their assigned sales quota. Work under guidance of your Inside Sales Manager in partnership and collaboration with Outside Sales team. Excellent sales skills with a high level of proficiency in communication needed. Proven sales track-record with 1-3 years of experience in B2B technology sales, specifically inside sales experience preferred.

  • Achieve Individual and Team Quotas

  • Use product & technology knowledge to ensure you can conduct credible conversations about Ultimate Software (UltiPro)
  • Gain access to Key Decision Makers
  • Support Outside Sales to uncover new Sales Opportunities
  • Marketing Campaign Support

Experience, Education, Certification, License and Training
