Daily Ops Rep

The Daily Operations Representative role provides a wide variety in duties and interfaces with multiple UltiPro product solutions. In this position, you will assist with the enhancement and fulfillment of required processes for supporting our Print Service operational needs within the Payment Services Daily Operations team. This support roles entails the onboarding of new accounts, special project request received from the customer and bank testing and follow up to ensure that all data with the bank is accurate prior to the client joining the service.

The qualified candidate will have a strong understanding of how to provide exceptional quality service and effective communications with both our internal and external customers. The position requires strong organizational skills and problem-solving expertise, while working with time sensitive data.

Primary Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)

  • Assist with the establishment and refinement of the Ultimate Software payment services methodology and best practices within Daily Operations/Print Services
  • Processing of New Activations
  • Special Projects
  • Exception reporting within internal call tracking systems
  • Weekly follow up of pending Activations or Special Projects with AM or Consultant
  • Timely and accurate reporting of monthly metrics to upper management
  • Participation in User Acceptance testing when required
  • Builds and maintains strong peer relationships within the team and across the organization
  • Provide after-hours support as business needs arise


  • Able to manage in an organized, proactive and independent manner to meet all required time frames and commitments.
  • Overtime may be required during any calendar quarter and Quarter- End Year-End job assignments
  • Self-motivated
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
  • Banking background preferred
  • Tax/Payroll background preferred
  • Comprehension of file specifications preferred
  • Customer-focused, positive and professional attitude
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and team oriented
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Organized, detail oriented, accurate and responsive
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong decision making and problem solving skills


  • Bachelor degree in Business, Accounting preferred
  • Related field or equivalent work experience will be considered
  • Experience with HR and Payroll services
  • Ultimate Software product knowledge
  • Experience with the tax filing service business
  • Experience with Salesforce support tools

Travel Requirement: Limited travel upon request.
