Customer solutions Analyst

The Customer Solutions Analyst provides in-depth review, reconciliation and analysis of the employment tax changes as of result of reorganizations and process Registration/Account Closure/Name changes. This individual will have strong analytical skills and in-depth knowledge of payroll and employment tax. The applicant should have a strong organizational skills and must be able to strive with minimal direction and supervision.

Primary Responsibilities: (other duties may be assigned)

  • Reconciliation of payroll and employment tax accounts
  • Ability to summarize (interpret) reconciliation results
  • Generation of returns, schedules, and agency communication
  • Complete amendments, W2s/W2cs, and agency tax notices
  • Develop plan of actions based on reconciliation results
  • Meeting organization – for updates and project completion


  • Knowledge of employer reorganizations, registration services, 1099s
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Payroll knowledge
  • Strong knowledge of employment tax
  • Customer Service experience
  • Master Tax knowledge preferred
  • UltiPro knowledge preferred
  • Salesforce knowledge preferred
  • SQL Scripting knowledge preferred
  • Text Pad or any other editing software preferred
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects, simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong organization skills
  • Self-starter


  • Accounting background
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience of payroll and employment tax
