Corporate Counsel Â€" Contracts, Leases, Real Estate

The position will involve working on review of commercial leases and other real estate related matters, as well as working with many departments within the company regarding transactions relating to negotiating, drafting and advising on contracts with an emphasis on, SaaS agreements, software agreements, license agreements and other technology related agreements. Minimum requirements: JD degree from a top accredited US law school; Current member in good standing with The Florida Bar or approved in-house counsel status from The Florida Bar.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
