About you

We are hiring a Senior Product Management to develop and execute a product strategy and roadmap for our Go-to-market Data Enablement platform. This is an opportunity to work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering managers across all Udemy messaging channels to create experiences, platforms and methods to deliver best in class customer experiences that drive key business outcome for Udemy.

About this role

As the Senior Product Manager for Udemy's Customer Data Platform, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our customer experience and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the Customer Data Enablement Platform.
What you'll be doing
  • Strategy and Vision: Develop a comprehensive product strategy for the Customer Data Enablement Platform aligned with Udemy's overall business objectives. Drive the vision for how customer data can be utilized to enhance user experience, personalization, and business insights.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, collaborating with engineering, design, data science, and other stakeholders. Define and prioritize features, user stories, and technical requirements to deliver a world-class Customer Data Enablement Platform.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, customer support, and other teams to understand their data needs and incorporate them into the Customer Data Platform roadmap. Foster a collaborative environment to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

    What you’ll have
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
    • 6+ years proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on customer data platforms or related technologies.
    • Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and machine learning concepts.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
    • Experience working in an agile development environment.
    • Familiarity with online learning platforms or e-commerce is a plus.
