• build out and maintain the product backlog by writing epics and user stories
• solicit feedback to continuously enhance the experience and drive adoption efforts

• understand the end-to-end client journey and how your product solves pain points along that journey
• ensure clients have a high quality product experience by performing user acceptance testing (UAT), managing defects, and facilitating timely resolution of production issues

Your team

You'll be working on the eSignature team in Weehawken, NJ, and will be part of a team comprised of internal and vendor resources across different locations.

The eSignature team is part of the Client Self-Service and Enablement Team that is responsible for fostering client digital engagement and providing better tools for our Financial Advisors and support professionals.
We work in an agile environment, and as a Product Owner, you will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement in our eSignature capabilities through partnership with the vendor and strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Your expertise

• bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• ideally 10+ years of Wealth Management experience
• experience in digital product management, working on agile scrum teams as a product manager or product owner
• proven success delivering complex, digital products to clients within the financial services industry
• translation of client needs into technology-driven solutions
• highly motivated independent leader with a strong work ethic
• ability to effectively communicate in both business and technical contexts
• ability to manage ambiguity and bring focus with recommendations on solving tactical and strategic challenges
• strong analytical and issue-resolution skills
• strong interpersonal skills - freely develops networks, builds consensus, and prioritizes effectively
