Job Description

We are looking for a People Partner to join our People Operations organization working within the Community Operations group.

You thrive in an environment requiring flexibility and initiative, love solving problems and can pivot quickly.

What you’ll do

Work as a member of the Community Operations HR Business Partner team to drive HR initiatives, data management and projectsMaintain people systems and informationManage exit process for involuntary terminations including:Ensure ER practices and processes were followed before executing on termination stepsGather all necessary termination informationCreate separation agreements and collating all necessary exit documentationProvide management with termination talking pointsCommunicate necessary exit details to employeesAssist with manager effectiveness and climate surveysIdentify and implement process improvement changesAssist with LOA and accommodation requestsManage HR related projects within the Community Operations functions (e.g. competency development, internal transfers, career paths, represent Corporate HR on larger HR project work)Create and design materials, presentations, trainings and dashboardsManage all HR system updates (Workday), changes and requests for Community Operations functions

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degreeAt least need 5 years of increasingly complex HR experience; preferably in a high growth environmentExperience managing employee relations issues and advising clients around employment practicesExperience improving and designing HR related processesKnowledge and experience in technology businesses including a familiarity with global HR practices and policiesExcellent problem solving abilities and tenacity to create solutions from scratchFlexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
