That’s why we’re seeking an Offline Manager to help develop a global network of in-person, retail-style, driver growth locations. This is an incredible opportunity to become a founding member of Uber’s newest growth efforts, developing and testing new strategies to grow and support new and existing customers. In this role, you will manage a team of Uber Specialists that sell the Uber driver opportunity — creating an economic opportunity for drivers, and making transportation more reliable and accessible for riders.

Job Description


  • Effectively manage and lead your team to successfully hit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Train and guide leads to inspire top performance from their teams
  • Monitor multiple lines of business to achieve operational objectives and collaborate across teams to report and drive results
  • Lead the sales and customer support teams by example, finding solutions to create and maintain a high level of customer focus
  • Demonstrate successful leadership ability — focusing on excellence and consistent execution
  • Build sales playbook that will be used to scale globally and train our growing team
  • Wear multiple hats: sales manager, sales strategy, coach, program lead
  • Use insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process


  • Must have have a Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant experience — previous sales experience highly preferred
  • Have a competitive edge and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability problem solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build the sales organization

  • Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences — and results — through team development
  • You have strong people and presentation skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
