EMEA Head of Quality: Regional Operations Manager

We are looking for an EMEA Head of Quality to lead the current and long term quality strategy in EMEA by designing and executing processes, training, communications and experiments motivated by a deep and analytical understanding of our business.

What you'll do

  • Define the vision and figure out a premier standard for rider and driver quality
  • Identify and execute upon scalable ways to educate and influence drivers and riders to create a positive environment and experience
  • Define and deliver the quality contribution to business growth, and rider/driver experience
  • Differentiate Uber in ambitious markets through rider and driver quality
  • Identify premier local initiatives to scale into robust process
  • Proactively deliver new quality features and initiatives that improve the driver and rider experience.
  • Example: Create an EMEA wide e-learning platform to serve 120 cities and 30 different languages
  • Work with internal stakeholders: city ops, senior leadership, product, tax, and legal to roll out large-scale initiative
  • Report to the region on driver and rider quality and progress against KPIs
  • Lead an allstar team focusing on all aspects of quality and its touchpoints
  • Guide and mobilize sub-regional teams to collaborate on common goals
