Enterprise Team Lead, Uber Advertising

About the Role

As the Enterprise Sales Manager, Uber Ads, you'll grow Ads penetration and drive greater investment across our Ads portfolio of products. You will lead a team of experienced Sr. Client Partners and Partner Managers who oversee some of the largest Enterprise Restaurant brands in the US to accelerate growth and shorten the sales cycle.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing an Ads sales strategy for your team that delivers on our partners' marketing objectives and exceeds Uber Ads' quarterly and annual revenue targets across our Mobility and Delivery advertising platforms. You will partner closely with the delivery pod leads to ensure you are collectively delivering on our partners and Ubers goals. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Ad Sales.

The ideal candidate will have proven success in building joint partnerships with Enterprise level customers, motivating, mentoring their team, crafting deep relationships with senior executives, and operationalizing outstanding practice.

What You'll Do:

• Lead a world class sales and account management organization responsible for delivering on our Enterprise Restaurant partners' marketing objectives and exceeding Uber Ads' quarterly and annual revenue targets across our Ads advertising platforms
• Implement our US&C Enterprise Ad Sales strategy
• Partner with leadership to align-level support structure, revenue targets and KPIs
• Partner with Ads Marketing to refine sales collateral and narrative
• Collaborate with Ads Platforms, Product champions, Eng, New Surfaces and Product Ops teams to inform ads surfaces/inventory, formats, targeting and pricing needed to enable advertisers to engage audiences across advertiser goals
• Drive quota attainment by focusing the team on your business's biggest opportunities.
• Guide joint business planning and coordinate execution to meet and exceed priority objectives and key results.
• Facilitate collaboration within your team, with cross-functional partners (e.g. Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Product), and across the broader organization.
• Empower your team by identifying/driving process improvements and removing roadblocks.

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of enterprise sales experience, ads preferred.
• Leadership experience in digital advertising sales, brand management or Enterprise-level restaurant marketing.

• Be customer obsessed (users and merchants) and be passionate about building great experiences for Uber users all over the world.
• Passionate about Advertising and building new businesses and willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. Proven track record of building and managing a multi-million dollar advertising business
• Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making
• Be able to work cross functionally with many other roles and team members
• Exceptional communication skills, internally within your team and leadership and externally with Ads partners
• Proven track record of building trust, demonstrating personal excellence, empathy, authenticity, inclusivity, and fairness
• Experience adapting with resilience and humility in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a thirst for learning.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $146,000 per year - $162,000 per year.

For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $146,000 per year - $162,000 per year.

For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $162,000 per year - $180,000 per year.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is $162,000 per year - $180,000 per year.
