Technical Sourcer (Contract)

We are looking for a strong Technical Sourcer who will work closely with our recruiters and
hiring managers to develop strategies to find candidates for our various business units. You must thrive in the hunt, and be focused on networking closely within the industry to identify the right talent and companies to target. The roles you will support are critical to the success of our engineering and product teams. 


  • Partner closely with aligned recruiting team to understand specific talent needs to successfully build a pipeline of active and passive top engineering talent through various channels
  • Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of technical candidates and other talent segments as needed leveraging various channels such as personal network, blogs, forums, advertising and research methods and select sourcing tools to attract passive talent
  • Cultivate and maintain on-going relationships with key talent segments (technical and non-technical) defined according to hiring initiatives and goals
  • Actively participate in providing feedback and recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting operations


  • Minimum two years of high tech sourcing and/or recruiting experience
  • Proven experience with innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of top-tier technical talent.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple sourcing channels including but not limited to: personal and professional networks, blogs, forums, cold calling and advertising
  • Good technical aptitude; ability to distinguish between good and average developers
  • Successful track record for identifying and hiring exceptional engineering candidates in high growth environments
  • Self-starter with proven success in attracting top talent in a metrics driven environment
  • Team-oriented, collaborative nature: We’re a small, fast-growing team, and everyone needs to pull for each other, share best practices, and take on team projects to make the entire organization better
