Talent Sourcer (Contract-to-Hire)

We are looking for a strong Talent Sourcer who will work closely with our international recruiting lead and hiring managers to develop strategies to find candidates for our various business units. You must thrive in the hunt, and be focused on networking closely within the industry to identify the right talent and companies to target. The roles you will support are critical to the success of our APAC region.  

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with aligned recruiting team to understand specific talent needs to successfully build a pipeline of active and passive top talent through various channels
  • Develop and execute on a sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of candidates and other talent segments as needed, leveraging various channels such as: personal network, blogs, forums, advertising, and researching to select sourcing tools to attract passive talent
  • Cultivate and maintain on-going relationships with key talent segments (primarily non-technical roles) defined according to hiring initiatives and goals
  • Actively participate in providing feedback and recommendations to enhance day-to-day recruiting operations

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience within a fast-paced organisation
  • Proven experience with innovative direct sourcing techniques with the ability to build and maintain a network of top-tier talent
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple sourcing channels including but not limited to: personal and professional networks, blogs, forums, cold calling, and advertising
  • Self-starter with proven success in attracting top talent in a metrics driven environment
  • Team-oriented, collaborative nature: We are a fast growing team and everyone needs to pull for each other, share best practices, and take on team projects to make the entire organization better

  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
