Studio Programs Manager

The studio programs manager of Korea will help growth of Twitch with unique offline/online promotional content with our existing studio partners. The ideal candidate has a creative mentality, a great sense of knowledge in the Korean gaming industry and community. Candidate must have experience in brainstorming with various production studios to create fun and unique content for the Twitch community. The candidate also require basic sales knowledge and creating an RFP(Request for proposal) documents to pitch various Publishers and Developers to create various studio content with Twitch. Candidates must have a College diploma or equivalent at time of application.


  • Constant connection towards all possible video game communities of Korea
  • Constant connection towards Twitch Korea partners to brainstorm unique program ideas
  • Constant connection towards Twitch studio partners: VSL and MediaMuse
  • Ability to create professional RFPs for Publishers and Developers working with the Twitch Korea internal team
  • Able to coordinate with various Twitch internal teams to execute various esports content
  • Help execute and manage partner group content with Twitch Korean broadcaster partners
  • Seek out interesting content ideas with partners
  • Maintain a regional event calendar that covers professional, community, and charity events


  • Has experience in creating some form of content working with groups of people
  • Has experience in creating RFPs and sales pitches for publishers and developers
  • Has experience in managing a content calendarHas through understanding esports globally, primarily Korea
  • Native verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English communication skills to coordinate with the internal teams
  • Understanding of the broadcasting culture of Korea
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with the Twitch platform as a viewer and broadcaster

  • Have experienced skill set in creating both stationary and animating graphic and design assets
  • Has created and managed example content in the past
  • Has worked on ground for an esports event
  • Has coordinated with multiple different companies to run a promotional event
  • Has worked on creating RFPs and Sales pitches to various companies
  • Existing relationships within the Korean gaming industry and broadcasting community
  • Understanding of common online video and online advertising metrics
  • Proficiency with other live platforms
