Twitch

Senior Systems Engineer

How do we take millions of content creators, connect them with tens of millions of viewers, on a platform that is second to none?  It starts with welcoming everyone but choosing only the best. It's the willingness to experiment to decide, and about commitment, not compliance.  These are just a few of the driving principles behind the Twitch IT organization.

Twitch is searching for a systems engineer to lead and manage our fleet of Linux and Windows systems that support our internal application portfolio.  Using a combination of open source and off the shelf technologies, Twitch’s system engineering team drives our business to greatness.  A successful candidate will execute complex, technical programs focused on making Twitch employees more productive.  If you are a candidate who enjoys solving complex technical problems, mentoring other engineers, and is lazy enough to want everything automated (why do something twice), then this may be the ideal position. Come in on the ground floor and help develop an organization that is second to none.
