Program Manager - Finance Applications

Twitch is seeking a Program Manager - Finance Applications to join our growing finance team! You will be responsible for owning all functional and technical design, implementation and testing of NetSuite.  You will be the primary contact for all NetSuite implementation and design solutions and will manage a number of cross functional projects where NetSuite touches and integrates with other business systems. You will make sure that the NetSuite application aligns with the business strategy and provides a scalable platform for future growth. You will play a pivotal role in scaling NetSuite to support the growth of Twitch.  

We are seeking someone who possesses great attention to detail, has strong experience with NetSuite workflows and functionalities and a high aptitude for working with technology to drive accurate and efficient results.  We're looking for someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves, dive into details, and get help when needed to resolve issues.


  • Work on NetSuite related projects including new implementations, enhancements, integrations, support and other special projects
  • Create customized NetSuite forms, fields, and records
  • Utilize SuiteFlow, customization, and automation of business processes
  • Perform in a leadership role (functional role and solution architect) within Finance
  • Lead projects, share your individual subject matter expertise and be a primary liaison to the finance team and business team
  • Provide technical concepts, project work plans, delivery approach, milestones, and results to internal key stakeholders
  • Educate and promote NetSuite best practices with Twitch
  • Identify, design and implement business solutions to scale finance infrastructure to meet the needs of Twitch growth


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or a relevant discipline will be required
  • 4+ years ERP experience, at least 3+ years with NetSuite specific ERP
  • NetSuite integrations and customizations knowledge
  • Financial systems architecture experience
  • Experience working in a tech company preferred
