As the face of HR in the Twitch UK and EMEA offices, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day HR support to team members in our UK and EMEA offices, assist in talent acquisition efforts for those offices, and help drive the delivery and execution of organization wide HR initiatives.


  • Assist the People Partner team in implementing Talent & Performance Management activities including compensation reviews, performance pulses, development plans, employee engagement survey, and more
  • Partner with the People Operations team to administer onboarding, employee experience, wellness, and learning and development programs
  • Consistently apply Twitch policies and practices whilst having a pragmatic and flexible approach to solving for business issues
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients to help guide positive employee interactions
  • Customize & deliver relevant communications to targeted audiences
  • Identify and highlight issues in region and recommend solutions to business leaders and People Partners and People Operations teams
  • Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Partner with the broader recruiting team to create efficient and scalable recruiting processes for international teams
  • Manage the full cycle recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • In partnership with the recruiting team, build and manage a consistent pipeline of candidates using a combination of online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking and research


  • University Degree qualified
  • HR accreditation
  • 5+ years’ of demonstrated experience in an HR role
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience working in the gaming industry
  • Business consulting/partnering
  • Demonstrated ability of attention to detail, results orientated, whilst managing multiple priorities
  • Experience working in a corporate, matrix organization
  • Experience with Lever and Workday
