Manager - People Technology

The Manager - People Technology is to be responsible for delivering on the People technology strategy and project portfolio. This role is responsible for facilitating the identification, design, and implementation of innovative and integrated People solutions with a focus on transparency, enablement, and process efficiency. Ensures that the People Technology portfolio is current and compliant with US and local jurisdiction regulatory standards. This role also requires an intimate understanding of business systems, a strong drive to meet deadlines, and the ability to deliver in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage and oversee implementation and management of Human Resources information systems
  • Bring leading HR technology practices to Twitch; partner with People Partners, Generalists, COEs and business leaders to understand business needs and identify optimal uses of People technology
  • Analyze data, identify key trends, and prepare well-written, concise executive narratives
  • Work collaboratively with Twitch cross-functional partners (e.g., IT, Finance)
  • Build strong relationships with HRIS vendors
  • Assist in resolution of escalated issues related to users, data integrity, system performance, etc.
  • Lead People technology projects; provide strategic system design recommendations
  • Oversee production and use of People analytics; support use of data and analysis in People decision-making
  • Set service level agreements with the business and meet or exceed agreements
  • Formulate and manage the People technology budget
  • Manage and develop People Technology & Reporting Analyst

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience managing People technology
  • Experience as HRIS lead in a global HCM (ideally Workday) implementation
  • 3+ years Workday administration
  • Full-scale HRIS change management experience
  • Focus on business-to-technology translation
  • Strong business advisory skills
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field
