European Sales Director (m/f)

Twitch is looking for a well connected, highly experienced and detail-oriented European Sales Director, based in Germany.
The successful candidate will be required to help build the growing Twitch sales organisation across mainland Europe; maintaining and developing new relationships across both media agencies and clients.
This individual will be passionate about the games industry and the effect that Twitch has had on it in a very short period of time.
Travel is required and the position will report into the VP Sales Europe.


  • Work alongside the VP Sales Europe to develop and implement the sales strategy across mainland markets (non UK)
  • Develop a roadmap for growth across markets and platforms
  • Build a talented and energetic team of sales professionals to ensure organised growth
  • Responsible for building and maintaining territory ad revenue and exceeding quarterly and annual goals through creative and strategic selling
  • Lead and inspire to achieve maximum performance; motivation and management will be critical to success
  • Represent Twitch with a high level of integrity and knowledge and act as a resource for clients and agencies
  • Act as a coach and mentor to the wider European sales team
  • Engage in speaking opportunities that promote Twitch across the ecosystem


  • Proven record as a sales leader for at least 10 years with significant experience across digital media
  • Demonstrate an ability to think creatively, sell strategically, and communicate efficiently internally and externally
  • A positive, problem solving attitude
  • A team-player with a high energy approach
  • Must be able to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines
  • Strong desire to win and to continually develop their personal and professional skills
  • Ability to manage stress well, and juggle multiple account challenges at once
  • Experienced in establishing and growing a business
  • Comfortable in a start up environment within a corporate owner
  • Solid understanding of programmatic trading
  • Amazing contacts at senior level across clients and agencies as well as a network of sales professionals
