Engineering Manager - Growth Frontend

Twitch’s Growth team builds features that attract, engage, and retain our global community of 100 million monthly watchers and counting. As the engineering manager for Growth frontend, you will lead a team of engineers to ship delightful experiences to every single visitor of the Twitch platform. You’ll work alongside cross-functional partners from product, design, science, and marketing to develop and execute a roadmap which balances technical and operational excellence with product agility.

Your team will partner closely with a backend sister team with a shared focus on Growth product features (e.g. SEO, viewer attribution, signup, login, new user onboarding, and notifications). We’re looking for expertise in web programming (JS frameworks, tooling, modern browser awareness) and sensibilities in UX design. Our web and mobile-web clients are written in TypeScript using React / Redux and backed by Apollo / GraphQL for server interactions.
