Bits Marketing Manager

Do you have a passion for Twitch and video games? Are you interested in helping streamers grow their communities and make a living doing what they love on Twitch? The Twitch Commerce team is hiring a rock star Marketing Manager to drive adoption and success of Commerce products through streamer adoption, promotional, and engagement initiatives. The Bits Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan - including adoption plan, promotional campaigns, and co-marketing initiatives. This position requires a candidate who builds marketing strategy from a data-driven perspective derived from a thorough analysis of the various parts of the business. In serving the Twitch streamer, this Marketing Manager will collaborate with business leaders who are looking for marketing opportunities to drive their business. As such, the candidate must be able to edit incoming requests and prioritize work according to the key strategic initiatives for the business.

In summary, the Marketing Manager will work to understand streamer needs and focus efforts on helping them grow their communities and make a living doing what they love. Importantly, the candidate must be able to work at the both a strategic level generating bold and innovative ideas for growth and at the tactical level by executing campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans that drive awareness and adoption of Twitch Commerce solutions
  • Work with priority brands and develop their marketing plans/strategy on the platform
  • Partner with business leaders on category specific awareness initiatives; create standardized goals across individual categories and measure efficacy of marketing and merchandising efforts and customer satisfaction
  • Analyze customer engagement patterns and optimize key conversion activities to drive customer KPIs
  • Work with Product Managers and develop/bring in widgets/features on site for better customer experience. These will be specifically initiatives that benefit customer visual experience onsite.
  • Execute campaigns and engagement efforts, tracking tasks and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Create engaging programs, content and strategies to drive loyalty, repeat purchases, and cross shopping
  • Develop detailed campaign project plans, including campaign goals, messaging, call to action, marketing distribution channels, follow-up activities, and success metrics

Requirements

  • BA minimum
  • 4+ years in marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years in the video game, ecommerce, or entertainment industry
  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities
  • Ability to establish formal processes is a must
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
