Workday HRIS Manager

Twilio is looking for a new Workday HRIS Manager to join our People Team. You should be excited by getting knee deep in all things Workday, and partnering with multiple teams across the company to foster the use and enhancement of it.  You have excellent analytical skills that allow you to understand the unique challenges for a People team, and can test the functionality of new releases to ensure expected system operations.  You have a successful track record of delivering exceptional customer service across the company.

An engaging day for you would include partnering with the Global People, IT, Payroll, and Finance Teams to enhance and improve business processes. You have built strong integrations with our People tools, evaluated modules to enhance our Operations and ensured our data integrity and security.  You built a dashboard that allowed our executives to see into our Talent Workforce and make smart decisions on how to build out their teams. You have successfully tested a newly implemented module.

The People Team is on a mission to hire the very best and to create exceptional employee experiences. We realize that new ideas have to come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours. The People team is always looking for ways to make our employees thrive in their environment, and this position will have a great impact on how we do that.

Twilio is a company that is empowering the world’s developers with modern communication in order to build better applications.  You will have an incredible impact in how we interact with our employee base, and your role is integral in growing Twilio.

Twilio is truly unique; we are a company committed to your growth, your learning, your development and your entire employee experience.  We only win when our employees succeed and we're dedicated to helping you develop your strengths. We invest in weeks dedicated to tackling hard problems and creating your own ideas. We have a cultural foundation built on diversity, inclusion and innovation and we want you and your ideas to thrive at Twilio. Come join us.

This position will be located in our beautiful office at 375 Beale Street in San Francisco. You will enjoy our incredible perks: catered meals, snacks, game room, ergonomic desks, massages, Wednesday Night dinners, bi-weekly All Hands and more. What you will also get to experience is a company that believes in small teams for maximum impact; that strives to balance work and home life, that understands that this is a marathon, not a sprint; that continuously and purposefully builds an inclusive culture where everyone is able to do and be the best version of themselves. We seek people who naturally demonstrate our values, who are challenged by problems, empower others to thrive, people who can draw the owl and not be beholden to one playbook.
