Workday HRIS Manager
Twilio is looking for a new Workday HRIS Manager to join our People Team. You should be excited by getting knee deep in all things Workday, and partnering with multiple teams across the company to foster the use and enhancement of it. You have excellent analytical skills that allow you to understand the unique challenges for a People team, and can test the functionality of new releases to ensure expected system operations. You have a successful track record of delivering exceptional customer service across the company.
An engaging day for you would include partnering with the Global People, IT, Payroll, and Finance Teams to enhance and improve business processes. You have built strong integrations with our People tools, evaluated modules to enhance our Operations and ensured our data integrity and security. You built a dashboard that allowed our executives to see into our Talent Workforce and make smart decisions on how to build out their teams. You have successfully tested a newly implemented module.
