Who?

Twilio is looking for an individual who is excited to bring their strong project management and analytical skills to a collaborative team-based environment.  This will be a critical role delivering on cost data accuracy and data integrity to maximize business operations. We are looking for someone who can move easily from the big picture to details so that teams can deliver on complex cross-functional projects.  You will work closely with Product, Carrier Operations, Business Intelligence and various other teams.

You are right for this role if you have a natural curiosity to dig deep into technical data and develop solutions with a focus on continuous improvement.  You have a proven track record of delivering projects, are proficient in writing SQL queries and are comfortable using Excel for analysis. You are quick to learn data workflow and system architectures.  An ability to build relationships and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders will be critical to your success.

What?

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high visibility cost management project that spans across product, technical and business teams to drive high profile reporting and business decision support.  You will manage the initiative to accurately record and track Messaging and other product cost data. You will also be responsible for thoroughly documenting the messaging data workflow and process.

You will create and maintain the project roadmap, define milestones, gather requirements and estimate work efforts.  You will escalate issues, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to stakeholders. You will proactively remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress.
