Twilio is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to join Twilio’s FP&A team based in San Francisco and reporting to the Sr. Manager, FP&A. We are seeking an individual who has strong financial analysis skills and understanding of SaaS metrics, who can apply this to our most important business units. You are an individual who works well across teams and can effectively communicate financial metrics to partners throughout the business.


As Twilio’s Sr. Financial Analyst you will be responsible for end to end management of the financials for our largest product lines. This responsibility includes revenue and COGS forecasting, budget management, reporting including budget vs. actuals, and metrics to understand trends and health of the business.

You will own reporting and metrics for our business across all product lines. This includes developing and building the financial metrics shown to our leadership teams on a weekly and monthly basis, and those reported publicly in our SEC filings. You will be a key member of our FP&A team in charge of implementing Anaplan, our new business modeling and forecasting software. 

Provide business partner support across a range of Products and Corporate Development driven initiatives is also an important aspect of this role. You will act as the FP&A business partner to major product lines, working with the product leads to provide support with metrics, forecasting, and full P&L planning. This partnership will also include partnering with PMs to provide assistance with modeling and economics for pricing new features/products. You will maintain OPEX tracking of small teams, roles and responsibilities inside of BU’s that you support, giving visibility to leadership of investment intensity.
