Twilio is looking for an exceptional individual who is excited about solving some of the hardest problems we have: securing our platforms, systems, and people from nasty vulnerabilities that create significant risk to the company.
You like to think at scale and design solutions that fit seamlessly into existing process and add tremendous value when done right. You understand that security doesn’t just happen and you’re ready to work across many different teams to help instill good security hygiene throughout Twilio. You know business is about taking risks so security can’t stand in the way of progress, but you believe a good security partner will help the business understand those risks so it can make good decisions.
You will work in a multi-disciplinary team of security professionals responsible for programs like:
- Customer Trust
- Product Security
- Cloud Security
- Security Monitoring
- Incident Response
Responsibilities may include creating new monitoring rules for our intrusion detection and alerting system, responding to inquiries from customers about our security program, reviewing code for security vulnerabilities and weaknesses, or working with engineering teams to understand compliance requirements and implement solutions.
