Senior Technical Recruiter (Talent Partner)

Because you belong at Twilio

The Who, What, Where and Why

Who?

Twilio is looking for a new Talent Partner for the Talent Acquisition Team. You are right for this role if you excel at juggling multiple priorities, flourish handling a large req load, and thrive at going above and beyond. You should be driven by technological curiosity, and understand how Technical roles are a key part of  business success. You also know that providing an exceptional candidate experience for every applicant is crucial to our ability to attract great talent.

What?

An engaging day for you would include gracefully managing a tricky negotiation to close a key priority role.  You set aside time to source well-qualified, diverse candidates to continue filling the pipeline. You communicate with all your candidates about their status, keeping them well-informed. You make it a priority to spend time with the business, learning how the team interacts and what challenges they are facing. You also connect with your hiring managers, advising them on how to evaluate their pipeline and prepare for the future.

Why?

The Talent Acquisition team is a critical partner to the business, acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and executives on a variety of talent issues. Helping our business to scale with our growing business will be essential to this role and to the success of the broader company.

Twilio is a company that is empowering the world’s developers with modern communication in order to build better applications. The Talent Acquisition team plays an integral role in building small, impactful teams that work closely with our developer community to meet their communication needs.

Twilio is truly unique; we are a company committed to your growth, your learning, your development and your entire employee experience.  We only win when our employees succeed and we're dedicated to helping you develop your strengths. We invest in weeks dedicated to tackling hard problems and creating your own ideas.  We have a cultural foundation built on diversity, inclusion and innovation and we want you and your ideas to thrive at Twilio. Come join us.

Where?

This position will be located in our beautiful and well designed office at Veerenni 24 in Tallinn. You will enjoy our incredible perks: monthly breakfast, twice a week lunch, dinner during our bi-weekly global All Hands and a fully-stocked kitchen with a variety of snacks and beverages. We have many team building events weekly, monthly and of course annual summer days. What you will also get to experience is a company that believes in small teams for maximum impact; that strives to balance work and home life, that understands that this is a marathon, not a sprint; that continuously and purposefully builds an inclusive culture where everyone is able to do and be the best version of themselves. We seek people who naturally demonstrate our values, who are challenged by problems, empower others to thrive, people who can draw the owl and not be beholden to one playbook. You want to experience all of this with the best people? Join Twilio Tallinn team!
