Twilio is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to join our global accounting and finance team.  This is a great role for someone who enjoys a fast paced environment while wearing multiple hats, has strong communication and project management skills and finds value in solving problems.  You will interact with a cross-departmental team, including product, sales, engineering, marketing, tax and revenue/billing, to help build the business system roadmap including process design, implementation, change management, training and communication. You must be inquisitive with strong attention to detail.  


Life in this role consists of collaborating with multiple departments to implement and improve existing processes, implement systems and ensuring accounting/billing is running smoothly while being able to complete their work.  You will work closely with the revenue and billing ensuring the quote to cash processes are accurate and efficient as well as ensuring month end close systems and teams are running timely and efficiently. You will work closely with product teams to ensure alignment of billing, finance and legal prior to product launch dates.  You will also work within our home-grown billing system and continuously work to improve the user experience both from the accounting perspective and from the customer perspective.


The Revenue Operations team is a small team that focuses on scalability and elevating all other teams in the quote to cash process.  We connect the dots between accounting and engineering, product, sales, sales-ops and legal by looking at every process, product or sale from a micro and macro viewpoint.
