Twilio is looking for a Senior Front End Engineer skilled at building rich, high fidelity front-end web experiences. As a Senior Front End Engineer you will be part of a cross functional team that designs, builds and operates Twilio Flex - the first fully programmable cloud contact center platform. Twilio Flex allows businesses to programmatically customize every element of their contact center experience - from the core infrastructure to the user interfaces.

Who?

  • You have experience building fast-rendering reusable and extendable components using HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • You bring experience with build patterns common to web technology stacks, you love shipping amazing products and you sweat the little things around user experience.
  • You communicate well in person, on paper and in code. You love to make an impact and thrive in small, collaborative, energetic teams.

  • Own and create front end experiences, from individual components to entire web applications.
  • Support multiple different user experiences powering the agent, supervisor, analytics experiences and components embedded on customer websites.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Product Managers and Engineers.

Where?

This position will be located in our office Prague (Karlin), Czech Republic. You should expect the normal perks and environment which is common in a modern knowledge based company. Occasional travel to the San Francisco based headquarters and our offices in London, UK and Tallinn, Estonia is something that you should be able to accommodate as well.
