San Francisco, CA

Because you belong at Twilio

The Who, What, Where and Why

Twilio is looking for a Product Manager to help lead our growing Account Security team from a product perspective. The right person for this role will be someone who is a passionate and technically curious product manager who will define and execute the product roadmap and communicate with all sorts of different teams across Twilio. We are looking for you to demonstrate whether you have the three core attributes of a great product manager: business and market acumen, creativity and technical curiosity. While you may not need specific security experience for this role; having a healthy grasp on the concerns exhibited by risk-sensitive online customers and end users regarding security issues such as identity theft, fraud and account takeover will help when getting started in this role.  Do you love solving problems? That’s what we want. We’d love to hear how you used metrics and analysis to drive informed product decisions. To demonstrate your technical curiosity, maybe you have a degree in Computer Science, or maybe you just geek out on the side. Get innovative in how you demonstrate creativity.

You can develop a deep understanding of what it means to collaborate internally with different teams as well as keeping dialed in to what customers need. You’ll also be creating mock up concepts, functional specs, and product priority maps to express your ideas and creativity to our engineers, designers and executives. You will also get to engage with the communities around these groups to gather feedback.

The Account Security (Authy) service at Twilio is used by millions of consumers and is integrated into thousands of large and small businesses, increasing the security of their applications. To do this we will need continue to launch new products and support existing ones. You will get to own these products from both a technical and business perspective.
