Who?

Twilio is looking for a new Commercial Account Executive for our growing Global Sales Team in our team based in Berlin or Munich.  The right person for this role is a go-getter, who wants to develop new and innovative communications workflows. You should feel comfortable in any vertical, be technically curious and thrive on helping customers solve their problems. You need to be able to develop strong relationships (both internal and external), and really excel at building long-lasting partnerships with customers.   

What?

A great day for you would include talking with potential customers, where you spend time learning about their needs, and then through consultation, develop a strategic plan to help their service thrive through the use of Twilio’s communication platform.  At the same time, you develop a new use case for a long-time customer that will bring their product to a new level, and create new building blocks for future customers. After working alongside legal, finance and the operation teams, you close a great deal with a new customer and exceed your goal for the quarter.

The Commercial Sales team is a strategic component to our go-to-market strategy.  With an ever growing amount of companies being created, along with companies that have been around for many years - our SMB and Mid-Markets are the bread and butter when it comes to companies creating a customized platform for their communication needs.

The Global Sales team plays an integral role in building out our customer base and bringing Twilio to developers, non-profits and enterprise to make an impact on their services.
