Trumaker is seeking Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team. We are looking for someone who understands that customer service is the focal point of our operation. It is imperative that team members assist in developing fulfillment strategies that will directly elevate the customer experience. You must be a self-starter and be able to manage multiple competing priorities. This role is based out of our distribution center and will serve as the Warehouse Team Lead and Customer Experience team’s point person.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the correct products and quantities are picked for daily orders
- Match invoices to shipping labels
- Package orders according to company guidelines, giftwrap as necessary
- Conduct count and quality assurance for all shipments, keeping accurate notes for Warehouse Manager
- Able to quickly learn product assortment for new collection launches: categories, styles, colors and sizes
- Maintain organization of warehouse by SKU
- Receive and process returns
- Ensure shelving is always stocked with products
- Maintain a clean, neat and organized work space
- Lift and move boxes of inventory
- Build shelving as needed
- Communicate warehouse activities to supervisor
- Work on ad hoc projects as necessary
- Work with Customer Experience team to quickly and thoroughly solve customer inquiries- via phone, email
- Troubleshoot fulfillment issues and manage “special cases” pipeline

Qualifications
- Strong ability to multi-task

- Values accuracy and attention to detail
- Can-do attitude, able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
- Experience in a warehouse / retail / start-up environment a plus
- Must be flexible on hours, may include weekends
