Research & Analytics Associate

We are looking for a Research & Analytics Associate for our West Los Angeles office. In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of research for our ad technology platform, supporting digital ad campaign effectiveness studies, audience insights and targeting analysis. You will use of both available and researched data and report into the Vice President of Research & Analytics while working closely with sales, strategy, marketing, ad operations and business development.

Responsibilities
• Learn to apply data management techniques to support research for digital advertising products
• Collect industry trends to inform research and analytics
• Assist in conducting research that measures the value of true[X]’s digital advertising
• Assist with research that analyzes true[X]’s audience, strengthening our sales and publisher relationships
• Assist with research that supports strategic objectives and solves agency and advertiser needs
• Drive research efficiencies
• Use research to demonstrate the strength and value of specific digital ad products
• Populate and produce charts and graphs that depict data gathered during research studies
• Articulate findings in email, spreadsheets and presentations

Requirements
• Recent college graduate, relevant work, internship and academic experience
• Interest in digital technology, advertising, social media, analytics
• Familiarity with quantitative methods and tools (SPSS, stata, R, SAS, SQL, etc.)
• Desire to learn technical research concepts
• Tenacious problem solver
• Collaborative, curious, driven, self-motivated
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
