Clerk - Part-time

Job Description
The Clerk performs routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures and in support of facility operating needs.  The hours for this position will be 3 PM to 9 PM, Monday - Thursday.

Position Description

Key Responsibilities and Tasks: • Performs clerical duties including photocopying, compiling records, filing, tabulating, posting information, handling phone calls and distributing mail • Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilizes knowledge of the organization and various functions to respond to inquiries or direct work • Maintain records, prepares forms and reports, verifies information, and resolves routine problems. • Provides customer service support as needed; performs other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS Education Requirements: • High School/GED Diploma or equivalent work experience is preferred • Ability to read English and write legibly in English, and perform arithmetic functions, to the extent necessary to handle paper work, electronic equipment and written communications. Type and Years of Related Experience Required: • Minimum of one year office clerical experience or experience in a similar work environment. • Possesses basic PC skills using spreadsheet and word-processing software.
