Coord, Dock


Track and monitor the flow of all products and pallets from the 5th Floor, ROP Dock, or any outside vendors to their destination (i.e. trailers, storage, etc.) via WMS. Responsible for accurate truck loading and for ensuring scanning compliance.


  • Runs the WMS Station
  • Monitors WMS and Ominzone for production flow and product location
  • Monitor sequence of truck scheduling and assign dock doors based on 2nd Floor and 5th Floor production flow
  • Navigate and search inventory balances
  • Monitor over-allocated packages and de-allocate the quantity when needed
  • Run report for scanning compliance
  • Schedule trucks and trailers in conjunction with parts and press runs
  • Drop sequence of product going on trailer to multiple DC’s
  • Check in trailers into dock doors as per production need
  • Re-allocate and de-allocate quantity from system in production for load complete for all docks
  • Ability to Create flags
  • Release partial loads when production is running behind
  • Ensures all products are loaded accurately on trucks (i.e. quantity and packages #’s)
  • Ensure quality and integrity of the all products loaded on trucks
  • Ensure parts are staged at their respective staging areas for oncoming shifts
  • Communicates with the Team Leader any outstanding issues
  • Provides direction to Material Handlers
  • Communicates will all other departments to ensure product flow
  • Able to navigate and search inventory balances
  • Utilize Omnizone to locate product and identify quantity of product
  • Close out trucks when all product is loaded and double check the staging areas for any non-WMS product (i.e. toppers, bags, Trib-local, etc.)
  • Runs reports from WMS
  • Has basic computer knowledge and able to operate Microsoft Office programs
  • Interacts professionally with Drivers and employees throughout the company


  • Able to create daily manning for the day in the absence of the Team Leader, with little or no direction.
  • Provides direction to team in regards to productivity, quality, and goals
  • Able to communicate goals and what the team needs to do in order to reach the goal
  • Actively engages fellow associates
  • Able to give presentations at kickoff or other planned meetings
  • Shares knowledge with others and able to train in the following areas:
  • Shrink wrap baler
  • WMS Workstation
  • Material Handler Responsibilities
  • Follows all safety policies and procedures
  • Encourages others to work safely and follow PPE procedures
  • Conducts monthly safety meetings
  • Identifies unsafe work practices or areas and provides resolutions
  • Keeps track of all inventory on the floor
  • Gives an efficient and detailed hand off of shift operation to the oncoming shift
  • Ensure scheduled departure times are met for all trucks
  • Maintain daily worksheet folder in order to track load completes



  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and/or holidays
  • Ability to lift 30-50 pounds
  • Requires working in an office/warehouse environment and outdoors at various temperatures
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Patience, understanding, and good people skills
  • Outcome oriented and excellence seeking
  • Must have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
