Sales Planning Coordinator, APAC

The Sales Planning Coordinator role gives support to the Sales Planners so they can spend more time

working on detailed projects for the sales team in the field.

This position will offer the right recruit the opportunity to work in a team with Sales Planners and Senior Sales Executives and will enable the right person the experience they need to move into a client/agency sales or analytics role should they so desire in the future.


 What you'll do:

Support the Sales Planners in their day-to-day processes:

Aid in the fixing of any invoicing and revenue collection issues within Double Click and the Accounts


Help create delivery reports for clients to display their performance and media values delivered

Escalate issues to management or the Sales Team in a timely and relevant manner

Keep improving. It will be a key part of the role to be on the lookout for information, developments and market news to help the team sell more effectively.


 What we need from you:

Outstanding MS Excel and analytical skills

A team player who can support and cover other team members in a proactive manner.

Good attention to detail.

Ability to work to a deadline, prioritising workloads according to different criteria.

A desire to perform in a fast-paced highly changing marketplace and be driven to meet and exceed the team’s expectations/demands.

Good business judgment, as well as emotional and professional maturity required.

Fluent in English and any other of the Asian base languages – Mandarin, Bahasa Indo, Bahasa Malay,

Japanese, Korean

One  year of work experience in a related role, preferably within the digital advertising industry. Willing to consider candidates from traditional media as well.

The ideal candidate will be well-presented, lucid and will need to demonstrate the ability to put together coherent arguments and support these with relevant examples.

University Degree or above desirable. Excellent candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

Essential skills:

Excel, word, PowerPoint and general computer skills are fundamental to this role as is numeracy
