Head of Partnership for TripAdvisor Restaurant Commerce
Restaurant Commerce is a new business unit within TripAdvisor. Our mission is to monetize our restaurant traffic (more than 100 million monthly unique visitors) with partners offering O2O (online to offline) services including booking, delivery, deals and payments.
We are looking for global head of partnership to help grow this business. Through new services, new partners and growth of revenue & partnership, this role will be responsible for building with the restaurant product team a business revenue of more than 30 million worldwide revenue line in the coming years.
You are self-driven, you have a strong background in business development, online business and project management with a track-record of meeting and exceeding goals. You are looking to work on a new initiative with high ambition

Your Role
- Find and negotiate partnerships worldwide with restaurant booking platforms (Open table/BookAtable...), Food Delivery platform (Grubhub, Just Eat, Delivered), Special platform (like restaurants.com, Groupon...)
- Manage implementation process of partnerships
- Imagine, Design, launch new services and opportunities with Partners such as payments
- Maintain and nurture the partnership and provide feedback to internal development and product teams
- Work with the product team to improve the Partnership meta platform and partner’s integration
- Revenue Goals is to achieve 30 million in 2019
Your Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's’ degree
- Willingness to travel
- 6-10 years of Partnerships or related sales experience
Digital Business development:
- Strong knowledge of digital industry and digital business models
- Ability to negotiate win-win deals with partners
- Very good relationship management capacity
- Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver independently
- Capable of Solution - experience working customers to increase product value
Digital knowledge and project management
- Project management: ability to work closely with the product team to implement the partnership / launch new services
- Data Driven: experience and comfort using data to optimize current partnership
Management
- This role will likely expand to include people management as the partnerships business grows
- Collaboration with Product team
