Viator’s UK based marketing team is looking for an experienced, knowledgeable and highly motivated online marketing professional specialized in affiliate marketing management in order to drive highly qualified, converting  traffic.  Focusing on Viator’s key European and English speaking programs, this individual will have strong experience working with several affiliate networks, markets and languages.

Reporting into the Senior Marketing Manager the Multilingual Affiliate Manager will be responsible for managing the Viator affiliate programs across our various affiliate platforms and geographies. You’ll  be responsible for overall acquisition and retention of affiliates across our networks. The Manager will be expected to increase revenue and manage existing affiliates within the programs to support the overall online targets set by the Senior Marketing Manager.

What you’ll do

  • Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of Affiliate marketing programs
  • Acquire new partners to grow the affiliate scheme
  • Regular communication with affiliates through newsletters, deals updates, product offerings and more
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact
  • Analyse campaign activity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI and booking levels
  • Day-to-day affiliate operations management with the support of freelancers
  • Manage and deliver affiliates assets
  • Identify and develop key strategies for affiliates by tier performance and type
  • Work with the team to capitalise on opportunities for growth across all Viator geographies
  • Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme
  • Develop the affiliate marketing strategy with the aim of recruiting new affiliate partners and delivering sales volume
  • Attend industry shows, events

What we need from you

  • Experience in an affiliates role
  • Solid experience within Account Management, Digital marketing or Affiliate Marketing
  • An in-depth knowledge of the UK and international affiliates markets
  • Fluent in English with native level of French ( and also Spanish preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong partner relationship management skills
  • Effective sales and negotiation skills
  • Requires a target-driven individual
  • Able to work autonomously and proactively
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A good understanding of tracking technology
  • Driven, highly numerate and results-oriented
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office
