Viator is looking for a dynamic professional to join our growing Global Sales & Account Management team in a sales support role. As an Account Coordinator, you will support our Regional Managers, Market Managers and Account Executives to optimize Viator’s industry-leading tour and attraction offerings in your assigned region. Primary responsibilities include retention and optimization of existing product supply, rate loading and management, content improvement and operational support for suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a passion for travel, strong operational and customer service skills, great multi-tasking abilities, and a positive “roll up your sleeves” attitude. Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support sales team to develop, manage and optimize Viator’s tour and activity product portfolio
  • Retain and improve existing product supply to ensure optimization of team revenue
  • Assist with negotiation of special offers and implementation of supplier marketing campaigns
  • Review, edit and publish products submitted by suppliers; includes inputting and managing rates and availability and maintaining quality and accuracy of written and visual content
  • Provide regular, timely support to suppliers for account- and product-related matters
  • Liaise with customer service and finance teams to address customer and supplier concerns
  • Review and analyze sales performance data and maintain awareness of competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote products and destinations
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
  • Proactively suggest improvements to current systems and processes

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years account, content and/or inventory management experience, preferably with an online company
  • Travel industry experience preferred
  • Superb written and oral communication skills
  • French speaking is a plus
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and content management systems
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organize multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset and strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail and follow-through
  • Team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude, and willing to go the extra mile
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
