Senior Product Manager, FinTech

TripActions Liquid™ is the first modern end-to-end payments and expense management solution built with both the employee and finance team in mind that sits at the intersection of the majority of employee spend: travel.
We’re looking to bring on a Senior Product Manager, who will continue to scale this new product line as TripActions and our customers push for Liquid as a strategic business priority. You will spearhead, manage, and grow product functions working closely with designers and engineers cross-functionally. You will have a direct impact on the company roadmap and trajectory and will be pivotal in the execution of the overall product strategy and company goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and communicate the vision of the product
- Drive product strategy and maintain a prioritized road map
- Own and expand end-to-end product features
- Drive business operations in order to deliver on timelines and needed services
- Collaborate daily with Design, Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to bring product through all phases of product development including ideation, design, development, product rollout and launch
- Deliver clear, thoughtful documentation throughout the process which can be easily understood by technical and non-technical decision-makers
- Leverage data to make informed decisions when confronted with ambiguity
- Understand technical dependencies and communicate necessary changes to Engineering counterparts
- Define and deliver on market research objectives and key performance indicators
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record of building and scaling user-centric products
- Product management experience in FinTech, a plus
- Comfortable with APIs, enterprise software and infrastructure/tools
- Ability to empathize with customer, user and stakeholder pain points
- High energy, can-do attitude with a willingness to do what it takes to get things done
- Strong organization and planning skills managing multiple projects without compromising results
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management including senior executives
- Team-oriented, self-starter who can work independently and co-collaborate well
- Ability to operate in an ambiguous environment where the only thing constant is change
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
