We’re looking for a Principal level Leadership Sourcer who will play a pivotal role in TripActions' growth scaling our leadership team (Manager and above up to executive level roles) for engineering, product and design teams as well as other crucial roles and teams within the technical umbrella. As a Principal Sourcer focusing on leadership roles, you’ll help establish best practices and solidify business partnerships across the company and help build out your team. You will partner closely with your hiring managers and teams to research, source, and identify qualified candidates converting leads into hires, all while ensuring a smooth and candidate-first process throughout. We currently have one Principal level Recruiter focused on Leadership recruiting that you will partner with closely. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Be a sourcing partner and advisor to our leadership recruiter and R&D leaders with strong understanding of the internal and external talent landscape
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals and over time, develop new strategies and give feedback on what is and what's not working
  • Think outside the box and come up with new sourcing channels and strategies to increase qualified top of funnel pipeline for your teams
  • Create effective sourcing strategies to uncover candidates in places you never thought you’d find them
  • Partner with the business and broader team on talent attraction initiatives to drive demand generation

What We’re Looking For:

  • You have 10+ or more years in a technical recruiting/sourcing role at startups and/or successful technology companies who have gone through hyper growth
  • You’ve partner closely and built trust with leaders across different teams and management levels (including C-suite)
  • You have a proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, challenging work environment while prioritizing multiple functions and managing time efficiently
  • You’re intellectually curious always seeking ways to broaden your knowledge of the business within and outside of your area(s) of focus 
  • You’re able to think on your feet and handle ambiguity 
  • You’re a team player and you’re resilient in the face of challenges
  • You have a passion for sourcing and experience in a full-cycle recruiting role is a plus
  • A huge plus if you like numbers and spreadsheets, and love to use data to drive conversations with the business and improve your own craft
  • A huge plus if you are a Greenhouse ATS power user
  • Experience with GEM preferred or Lever Nurture
  • Must have experience mapping companies and teams and new demographics
  • A plus if you have an undeniable passion for travel
