Region Director

The Region Director is largely responsible for TRIOSE’s continued growth and success in each of our territories. This position aggressively hunts for new clients and signs new business to TRIOSE’s programs in order to meet quarterly and annual goals.

You’d be having fun doing this throughout the week:
• Working with the hospital and health care systems to identify key personnel in the organizations who have responsibility for decision-making or have influence in strategic supply chain management
• Signing a volume of business with new clients
• Assisting prospects to become clients by improving their systems as well as implementing logistic cost reductions through the company’s services

We need you to have these skills and abilities:
• Self-motivated, driven to achieve goals, coachable, and ambitious to close new deals
• Competitive with a “go-getter” mentality
• Able to manage and sell in a multi-state geography, 50%+ travel required and must own reliable transportation
• Demonstrates professionalism and effective interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

You’ll need these qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing preferred or equivalent experience required
• Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience required
• Experience selling to director and “C” suite level executives required
• Experience in consultative sales preferred
• Knowledge of hospital and healthcare systems with experience with IDNs preferred
• Background and experience in selling solutions in Hospital Freight Management, Courier Management, Supply Chain Consulting, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Services, to hospitals, health systems and healthcare networks is a plus
