Client Implementations Leader

The Client Implementations Leader will act as the primary point of contact with clients and the TRIOSE team for various implementation activities. The position takes responsibility for each aspect of the Implementation process and each client contact, ensuring that all client requirements are met. You’ll coordinates processes so TRIOSE can best meet both internal needs and our clients’ needs. This position reports to the Client Implementations Supervisor.

You’d be having fun doing this and more throughout the week:

  • Be the key resource for TRIOSE’s implementation process

  • Manage the implementation process for TRIOSE’s new clients

  • Build relationships with new clients to ensure all expectations and timelines are being met

  • Works cross-departmentally as an internal resource and subject matter expert for all client data format, exchange and data integrity issues.

  • Resolving client issues and identifying opportunities by clarifying the Implementing client's complaints; determining the root cause of the issues; selecting and explaining the best solution to resolve the issues; expediting correction or adjustment; and following-up with all parties involved to ensure resolution.

  • Associate’s degree required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous project management or implementations experience preferred.

  • Healthcare, supply chain management or inside sales experience is a plus
