This position sits in and reports to our Cambridge, MA office. You must be local to MA and willing and able to commute in a couple of days a week. We are on a hybrid schedule for our Cambridge Office. No remote option.

Who we are looking for:

As a business analyst on our product management team, you will work to deliver features on TriNetX's product roadmap. You will gather and refine business requirements, define product specifications, and guide cross-functional teams to develop new product functionality.

Possible day-to-day responsibilities:
  • Define product requirements in collaboration with design and engineering
  • Break down large features into epics and stories to deliver incremental value
  • Communicate feature value and requirements to engineering teams via stories, acceptance criteria, and grooming sessions; provide clarification on requirements throughout the development cycle
  • Manage product backlog to prioritize feature development and bug resolution
  • Collaborate with scrum teams to groom product backlog and plan development sprints
  • Communicate release timelines to internal stakeholders
  • Review features prior to release to ensure they will bring value

What you bring to the table:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, health administration, engineering, sciences, or health informatics or related discipline
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a business analyst/product manager working with agile engineering teams
  • Extensive experience in pharma, healthcare/hospitals, or life sciences
  • Experience working with data analytics products; able to define analytics features through complex data analysis
  • Strong communication skills in both speech and writing; able to precisely communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to motivate cross-functional teams to plan, scope, and deliver solutions
  • Attention to detail; capable of analyzing problems at a detailed level without losing sight of the big picture
  • Technical knowledge and experience with JIRA, Confluence, and technologies used in healthcare
