The Media Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing KPI reports for leadership, creating ongoing campaign performance summaries and working on ad-hoc data and reporting requests. The successful candidate will demonstrate a curiosity for all things data related, and should not be afraid to dive into the numbers to figure out what the key takeaways are. The Analyst should enjoy writing formulas and queries to get the data we need. This individual must have a strong focus on quality and high attention to detail in order to support campaigns and ROI for clients.


  • Generate high quality, accurate reports for both digital and GDS media (using Oracle reporting tools, PL/SQL, VBA or Excel)
  • Produce and distribute daily, weekly and monthly media operational reports
  • Provide support for Media Campaign Managers, Ad Operations, Sales and Management by compiling data which will assist in creation of best practices and improvement of current campaigns
  • Generate data and insights that can help with sales and renewal activities
  • Increase awareness of campaign issues/opportunities through data analysis and reporting
  • Ad-hoc requests for data and analytics needs


  • 1-4 years of experience pulling and managing data from various sources to create visually simple and high quality read-outs
  • Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment
  • Excellent analytical and mathematical skills
  • Strong demonstrated skills and knowledge of PL/SQL, Excel (Advanced) and VBA
  • Ability to write complex Excel formulas
  • Inquisitive and curious; thinks strategically and creatively to provide the best solutions for clients
  • Focus on providing excellence in every project through delivering top-notch reporting, accurate data, and strong trend analysis and recommendations
  • Ability to work as part of a team; transparently provides team information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Data Validation and Testing
  • Experience in Oracle database (OBIEE) and any BI tools a plus
  • Prior experience with DoubleClick and Google Analytics a plus


  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study; may include Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business Intelligence or Statistics preferred
