Implementation & Customer Care Specialist LATAM (afternoon shift)

Responsibilities

  • Introduce Clients to chosen Product
  • Review the information provided by the client in the Implementation Forms
  • Configure the tool by following the Implementation SOP
  • Assist to the client during the Implementation Process
  • Training the client on the chosen Products Functionalities
  • Hand Over every account by following the Implementation SLAs
  • Keep abreast of new Product releases, developments and enhancements

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work within a team and with limited supervision
  • Attention to details
  • Customer focus
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Continuous Process Improvement mentality
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Oracle and SalesForce knowledge a bonus
  • Availability to work in the afternoon shift, from 13.30h – 22:00h

Languages: Must be fluent in English and SPanish. Fluent or Native in Brazilian Portuguese is a plus.
